Depending on the path, a request may include your name, email, phone, property or target area, timeline, question, and communication choices. The service also records consent language and version, source URL, referrer, campaign parameters, widget placement, and a limited security record.

Information is used to route and review the request, communicate through the contact path you provide when permitted, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain operational and audit records. Analytics events are designed to avoid sending raw lead contact details.

When enabled, the separate account beta stores the name, login email, password hash, limited session/security records and comparisons you explicitly save. The email is unverified and does not establish ownership of earlier inquiries or any staff permission. No account email, subscription or automatic inquiry is sent. The account screen provides your own data export, session revocation and current-password deletion of active account data. Separate brokerage inquiries and required audit records are retained under existing record handling; deletion is not a promise of instant erasure of every backup. Password-reset email and earlier-inquiry linking are not available in this beta. Public forms and guest tools remain usable without an account.

Google Analytics is off on AskMagicMike.com until you choose Allow analytics. If allowed, the approved Our Town Properties tag may use first-party analytics storage and a cross-domain linker to understand a public journey between the two sites. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Internal QA, Preview, private Lead Center, phone setup, and embedded-widget contexts are excluded. You can change this device's choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Do not submit information you do not want reviewed. You may ask Our Town Properties about a request, communication preference, or applicable record-handling choice through the brokerage contact path. Provider and retention details must remain aligned with the brokerage's approved policy before publication.
